„Bis zu fünf Pflegeroutinen mit nur einem Akkugriff“ – die Idee hinter dem Panasonic MULTISHAPE Körperpflege-Konzept ist nicht nur praktisch und platzsparend, sondern auch nachhaltig und mit dem Gold iF Design sowie dem Red Dot Design Award bereits preisgekrönt. Es ist das erste Beispiel für das neue Panasonic Designdenken, das den Umwelt-Fußabdruck eines Gerätes von der Herstellung bis zum Produktlebensende möglichst klein halten möchte. Der MULTISHAPE kann mit nur einem Akku und einem Ladekabel bis zu fünf Einzelgeräte ersetzen, von denen ansonsten jedes einen Akku plus Ladevorrichtung benötigt hätte: Rasieren, Bart und Haare trimmen, Bodygrooming, Nasenhaare kürzen und sogar Zahnpflege. Das Baukastenprinzip macht das Gerät zudem lange nutzbar. Nur die Komponente, die eines Tages nicht mehr funktioniert, muss ersetzt werden. So trägt der Panasonic MULTISHAPE dazu bei, Ressourcen zu schonen und Elektronikmüll zu vermeiden. Das griffige, wasserfest designte Handstück gibt es wahlweise mit Lithium-Ionen-Akku (90 Minuten Laufzeit und Quickcharge) oder Nickel-Metallhydrid-Akku (50 Minuten Laufzeit).

Modular body care system

“Up to five grooming routines with just one battery handle” – the idea behind the Panasonic MULTISHAPE body care concept is not only practical and space-saving, but also sustainable and has already won awards such as the Gold iF Design as well as the Red Dot Design Award. It is the first example of Panasonic’s new design thinking, which aims to minimise the environmental footprint of a device from manufacture to product end-of-life. With just one battery and one charging cable, the MULTISHAPE can replace up to five individual devices, each of which would otherwise have required a battery plus charger: shaving, beard and hair trimming, body grooming, nose hair trimming and even dental care. The modular principle also makes the device usable for a long time. Only the component that stops working one day needs to be replaced. In this way, the Panasonic MULTISHAPE helps to conserve resources and avoid electronic waste. The handy, waterproof handpiece is available with either a lithium-ion battery (90 minutes runtime and quick charge) or a nickel-metal hydride battery (50 minutes runtime).
