LG Electronics (LG) bringt mit dem LG SIGNATURE OLED M (Modell 97M3) den weltweit ersten kabellosen OLED-Fernseher auf den Markt. Im Segment der OLED-TVs ist der OLED 97M3 mit der Zero Connect-Box, die in Echtzeit eine kabellose Übertragung in 4K-Auflösung bei einer Bildwiederholfrequenz von 120Hz ermöglicht, nicht nur der innovativste, sondern mit 97 Zoll auch der größte Bildschirm. LG beweist mit der Innovation seine Kompetenz aus einem Jahrzehnt OLED-Expertise.

Das Modell ist derzeit der einzige OLED-Fernseher, der abgesehen vom Netzteil komplett ohne Kabel auskommt – dank der Zero Connect-Box, an die auch weitere Geräte wie Spielekonsolen und Set-Top-Boxen problemlos angeschlossen werden können. Die Zero Connect-Technologie macht damit Kabel und Geräte in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bildschirms überflüssig, sodass die Nutzer die Wirkung und die Vorteile des ultragroßen Bildschirms voll auskosten können. Die Zero Connect-Box gewährleistet eine AV-Übertragung mit 4K-Auflösung sowie eine 120 Hz Bildwiederholfrequenz über eine Entfernung von bis zu zehn Metern zum Bildschirm.

Die Zero Connect-Box unterstützt Optionen wie HDMI 2.1, USB, RF, LAN und Bluetooth und macht so den Anschluss verschiedener externer Geräte einfacher. Die Box ermittelt den optimalen Übertragungsweg von Bild und Ton. Dafür sorgt nicht zuletzt eine einstellbare Antenne, die je nach Standort des Bildschirms positioniert wird.

Der OLED 97M3 mit kabelloser Lösung ist eine echte Innovation und ein wichtiger Schritt in der Entwicklung innovativer TV-Geräte. Die von LG entwickelte drahtlose AV-Übertragungslösung kann große Datenmengen mit bis zu dreifacher Geschwindigkeit im Vergleich zum bestehenden Wi-Fi 6E-Standard übertragen. Die Zero Connect-Technologie des Unternehmens unterstützt zudem Dolby Vision und Dolby Atmos.

Mit dem Gallery Design kann der LG SIGNATURE OLED M nahtlos an die Wand gehängt werden und wird so individuell in die Raumgestaltung integriert.

Derzeit ist der LG SIGNATURE OLED M nur in Südkorea erhältlich. Im Laufe des Jahres wird es aber auch Kunden in Nordamerika und Europa möglich sein, das TV-Gerät zu erwerben. In Deutschland ist die Markteinführung für Q4 geplant. Künftig werden neben dem 97-Zoll LG SIGNATURE OLED M auch 83- und 77-Zoll OLED evo M Modelle mit Zero Connect-Technologie erhältlich sein.

LG Electronics (LG) is launching the world’s first wireless OLED TV, the LG SIGNATURE OLED M (model 97M3). In the OLED TV segment, the OLED 97M3 is not only the most innovative, but also the largest screen at 97 inches, with the Zero Connect box that enables real-time wireless transmission in 4K resolution at a refresh rate of 120Hz. LG demonstrates its expertise from a decade of OLED expertise with the innovation.

The model is currently the only OLED TV that, apart from the power supply, manages completely without cables – thanks to the Zero Connect box, to which other devices such as game consoles and set-top boxes can also be connected without any problems. Zero Connect technology thus eliminates the need for cables and devices in close proximity to the screen, allowing users to fully enjoy the impact and benefits of the ultra-large screen. The Zero Connect box ensures 4K resolution AV transmission and 120 Hz refresh rate over a distance of up to ten meters from the screen.

The Zero Connect box supports options such as HDMI 2.1, USB, RF, LAN and Bluetooth, making it easier to connect various external devices. The box determines the optimal transmission path of picture and sound. This is ensured not least by an adjustable antenna, which is positioned depending on the location of the screen.

The OLED 97M3 with wireless solution is a real innovation and an important step in the development of innovative TVs. The wireless AV transmission solution developed by LG can transfer large amounts of data at up to three times the speed of the existing Wi-Fi 6E standard. The company’s Zero Connect technology also supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

With Gallery Design, the LG SIGNATURE OLED M can be hung seamlessly on the wall for customized integration into room design.

Currently, the LG SIGNATURE OLED M is only available in South Korea. However, customers in North America and Europe will also be able to purchase the TV later this year. In Germany, the market launch is planned for Q4. In the future, 83- and 77-inch OLED evo M models with Zero Connect technology will be available in addition to the 97-inch LG SIGNATURE OLED M.
