After artificial intelligence has dominated the industry conversation in recent years, the focus is now shifting to neighbouring, equally forward-looking fields. Robotics is one of them – an area that has long sounded like the future and is now increasingly becoming part of our everyday lives. Together with the strategy consultancy Oliver Wyman, we will be presenting the latest results of a consumer survey on the use of robotics in the home at the event. It shows where users see opportunities, challenges and specific fields of application – and what they expect from the ‘robot of the future’.
