NIVONA, the renowned brand from Nuremberg, is expanding its range with the NIVO 8’107 fully automatic coffee machine in pearl blue. The highlight of the new special model is the innovative chilled brew function, which makes it possible to prepare espresso, coffee or Caffè Americano at cool temperatures. This process creates a whole new variety of flavors and is ideal as a fruity, cold refreshment or as the basis for creative coffee cocktails. Inspired by the cold brew process, in which coffee is extracted cold for hours, NIVONA offers a time-saving alternative with the chilled brew function, which simultaneously guarantees an intense aroma and releases less acid and bitter substances from the coffee beans.

New technological developments for maximum coffee enjoyment

The innovative brewing unit of the NIVONA 8000 series ensures even more taste and efficiency during preparation and cleaning. Thanks to the Aroma Balance System, users can choose from five preset brewing profiles to bring out the full flavor of different roasts. With the new “harmonic” aroma profile, the NIVO 8’107 always offers a balanced taste, regardless of the coffee bean selected.

The NIVO 8’107 impresses not only with its technological innovations, but also with its user-friendliness. With a generous 3.5″ TFT color display and one-touch function, operation is intuitive and convenient. Six preset coffee specialties, including the most popular in Germany such as espresso, cappuccino and latte macchiato, can be easily prepared. Even tall glasses and large coffee cups fit under the height-adjustable, illuminated coffee spout.

High-quality construction for long-lasting coffee enjoyment

Special features such as the brushless motor, the planetary gear and the ceramic-free multi-port valve ensure reliable and quiet coffee preparation. The hardened steel cone grinder promises long-lasting quality and a pleasant grinding noise.
